Community members can schedule appointments to access new and renewal application services and receive advocacy support for various assistance programs by emailing benefits@reflectionsoftrinity.org or calling 770-309-8260.

Documents to Bring:
Photo ID, Birth Certificate, Lease, Award Letter for Social Security and/or S.S.I., any other unearned information, Pay Stubs for the past month (if applicable), Utiliity Bills, and any Medical Bills.
